The Burn Library
Stream The BURN Library
On-demand. Watch anytime, anywhere. Every body welcome. Zero-jumping options, standing-only sweat, and strength work that scales — whether you are starting over, on a GLP-1, or coming back after surgery.
Walking with me
Fifteen minutes, my voice telling you when to pick it up and when to ease off. Nothing to count and nothing to set up. Start a walk
Pick Your Time
No rigid schedules. No pressure. Sessions are built around fifteen minutes and extend from there.
What You Need
Three things, and you probably have two of them.
Burn workouts are built around a floor mat, resistance bands, and dumbbells. No gym membership required. Train at home, in a gym, or wherever you feel most comfortable — the workouts work either way. Nothing over ten pounds to start, and two cans of soup will stand in for dumbbells until you get some.
Sessions, or a Whole Program
Same workouts. Two ways in.
Everything in this library stands on its own. Pick a session on a Tuesday because it is the one you can face today, and that counts.
Or follow one of the six programs, which walk you through these same sessions in order — four weeks, or eight if you want the longer road. Both are included with membership.
Collections
These are the rooms I actually walked through, in the order I walked through them. I did it at my local YMCA — you do not have to. Everything here works at home just as well. Start where your body is today.
Chair Workouts
If standing through a whole workout is not happening yet, start here. A kitchen chair, seated strength and cardio, nobody watching. No pool, no swimsuit, no leaving the house. It still counts.
Water Aerobics
I started in the water because my knees were bone on bone. It was the only place I could work hard without paying for it. If your knees have taken you out of every program you have tried, start here — the water holds you up so they do not have to.
Dance It Out
Zumba, cardio dance, ballroom, hip hop. This is the year I stopped calling it exercise. If you can move to music you can do this, and you will forget you are working.
Yoga & Pilates
Yoga, and the Pilates-yoga fusion classes my gym ran. This is where balance and flexibility come back — the things you notice when you can get up off the floor without planning it first.
Knee-Friendly Burn
Nothing that pounds your joints. Low-impact work you can do on a hard floor without wincing.
Standing-Only Sweat
Never get down on the floor if you do not want to. Full sessions done entirely on your feet.
Strength & Resistance
Start with resistance bands and light weights — nothing over ten pounds. Work up to the machines when you are ready. Not optional, and not something you earn once you are smaller.
Core On The Floor
Floor-based core work, the way I did it in class at the gym. The floor is not the enemy — it is just not where everybody starts.
HIIT
Where I ended up, not where I began. It is here so you can see it is possible — not because you should be doing it in week one. It will still be here when your knees and your lungs are ready for it.
2-Minute Form Checks
Short, specific breakdowns so you know you are doing the movement right before you add weight.
What You Get in Every Workout
- A zero-jumping option for every movement
- A standing-only path when the floor is not happening today
- Strength work that scales to where you actually are
- A warm-up and a recovery stretch built into the longer sessions
- Watch on your phone, tablet, laptop, or TV — wherever you are
The library is filling up right now. New workouts are being added to each track and collection. Join free and you will be the first to know when the next set lands — and you can start with the community, the challenges, and the groups today.
You Don’t Have to Be Fit to Start
One workout. One meal. One choice. That is how it actually happens — and it is easier with people beside you.
