Burn is workouts you can do at home, on your own schedule. It is also fifteen groups where members talk to each other — on the days it is working, on the days it is not, and on the days they just want to know somebody else is out there.
Here is what is inside, so you know before you join.
The groups sit behind the membership. Nothing posted in them is readable from outside it.
Start here
The first three doors, whoever you are.
Welcome To Burn
New here. Introduce yourself, meet other members, and find your way around.
Beginners
New to fitness. Ask questions, share your journey, and get support from people who started where you are.
Eat The Weight Off Community
This is home. The wider Eat the Weight Off journey — the recipes, the podcast, the whole way of eating.
Where you are starting from
People arrive at this from different places. These groups are for the specifics.
Weight Loss Journey
A safe, supportive space to share your goals, wins, and challenges. No judgment — just encouragement.
GLP-1 Journey
Using a GLP-1 as part of your weight loss. You are not alone. Share your experience with people on the same medication.
Weight Loss Surgery Journey
Gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, or another bariatric procedure — whether it is ahead of you, behind you, or years behind you.
Maintenance & Beyond
You hit your goal. Now what. Maintenance is its own journey and it does not end.
50 & Burning
Fitness after 50 looks different, and that is fine. For members 50 and older.
The work
For the training itself, and for staying with it.
Strength Training
For members building strength and muscle. Workouts, tips, and progress.
Accountability Partners
Find your workout buddy. Pair up, set goals, and keep each other on track.
Challenges
The challenge hub. Hydration, thirty-day, strength, and whatever comes next.
Food
Protein first. Half-plate vegetables. Cut back on carbs and sugar. Eat healthy fats.
Nutrition & Meal Planning
Recipes, meal prep, and food strategies that work alongside the training.
Recipe Swap
Share what you are cooking. Tried an Eat the Weight Off recipe? Post it.
The rest of it
The parts that are not the workout and matter just as much.
Mind & Motivation
The mental side matters as much as the physical. Mindset shifts, hard days, and what keeps you going.
Progress & Wins
The celebration station. Milestones, and the victories that never show up on a scale.
The Huddle
The Huddle is time with me. Not a class, not a workout, and nothing to keep up with — just talk.
There is one on the first Sunday of every month, 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern, and I am at every one. Beyond that I open the room when I can and post the link inside the community first. You are never expected to be on camera.
If you are already an Eat the Weight Off member, you know this one as Sip & Share Chats. Same room, same afternoon. Everybody is welcome.
The Huddle has its own page with the room link and the details: see The Huddle.
How we treat each other
This community only works because people can say true things in it. What that means in practice is written down, and it is short: read the community guidelines before you join.
Nobody gets cut.
Every group is included in the membership, and so is The Huddle. $19 a month, and the first 30 days are free.
Not sure where you would begin? Find your starting point — it takes under a minute.
