Membership, Billing and Cancellation
7-day free trial. New monthly memberships begin with a 7-day free trial. When the free trial ends, the membership renews automatically at $29 per month until cancelled. The first charge is posted 7 days after signup.
Annual memberships are $249 per year, charged at signup and renewing yearly until cancelled.
Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout. You will be notified before a renewal charge in line with applicable law.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your account page at Your Account. No phone call or email is required. Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends or your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
After you cancel you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. All payments are non-refundable, including partial periods. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Price changes. If membership pricing changes, existing members will be notified in advance and the change will apply from the next renewal.
